Lisa Anne Harness Mueller wanted to be a teacher because she loves learning and enjoys sharing knowledge.  She made the switch to teaching after working in video and television production for 18 years.

During her first career, she created many educational videos. These include a program entitled, Searching for Lincoln, that is sold to schools and won gold at the Houston International Film Festival in the History category. It was also nominated for two EMMY’s.

She was a Fox Kids Club host for just under two years and wrote and produced 10 or more educational vignettes each week. Of all the videos she has made, the educational ones have been the most fulfilling. In many ways, Lisa feels as though she is and has always been a teacher.  What she was missing was a classroom.

Her technological expertise allows her to generate interactive assignments, practice games and assessments. She can also use her video background to design lesson enhancing videos.
